Website operator and use

Kaybe operates retink.ai. This website provides information about retink.ai software and engineering. You may use it for lawful business evaluation. Do not disrupt, misuse or attempt unauthorised access to the website or related systems.

Capabilities and engagement scope

The platform is under active development. Pages describe platform capabilities together with engineering available for an engagement. Availability depends on the selected channels, providers, integrations and deployment. We agree deliverables, commercial terms, support and acceptance criteria with you before delivery.

Website content is not a contractual offer, binding product specification or performance guarantee. A signed agreement governs the relevant engagement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Evidence and planning estimates

External benchmarks are attributed and linked to their sources. They describe results in other organisations and circumstances, not retink.ai customer results or a promise of equivalent performance. Calculator outputs depend on your inputs and are planning estimates, not forecasts or price quotations.

Intellectual property and external references

External product names and marks belong to their owners. References to a provider or product do not imply endorsement, partnership or affiliation unless expressly stated. Links and factual references do not grant permission to reuse third-party research, artwork, logos or other protected material.
