Who is responsible for your information
Kaybe operates retink.ai and is the data controller for personal information collected through this website. For enquiries about how Kaybe uses your information, contact hello@retink.ai.
Enquiries and website operation
When you use the contact form or email us, we receive the name, email address, organisation and message you provide. We use them to respond, arrange a discussion and manage the resulting relationship. Required form fields let us understand and answer your request; you can also contact us directly by email. Please do not send passwords or sensitive customer information.
We retain technical logs in Microsoft Azure to operate and protect the website: IP addresses, request times, paths, response codes, processing times, request IDs, validation failure categories and email delivery results. The contact application does not include enquiry names, email addresses or message text in its routine application logs. We do not sell personal information or use advertising trackers.
To limit automated and repeated submissions, we keep a small set of send-attempt times and hashed email addresses in Azure. Expired entries are removed when the counter is next updated. These counters do not contain your name or message.
Purposes, legal bases and retention
We handle enquiries to take steps at your request before a contract, where applicable, and for our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and maintaining the security and operation of the website. We retain correspondence for the enquiry and any resulting engagement, and where needed for applicable legal obligations or resolving disputes. Retention depends on the purpose and the relationship; you can ask us about information held in connection with your enquiry.
Website analytics
We use Umami, hosted in our Microsoft Azure account, to understand website use. It automatically records page visits, referring websites, campaign labels and contact-form start, success and failure events. The tracker does not use cookies or browser storage, and it does not receive your form answers.
Events briefly pass through an Azure storage queue, including IP address and browser information for visitor grouping and approximate location. Queued events expire after seven days; failed events may be retained in a separate retry-review queue for up to another seven days. Umami does not store the raw IP address. Our separate operational logs retain IP addresses as described above.
Providers and transfers
Microsoft Azure provides hosting and analytics infrastructure. mailbox.org provides email delivery. Providers process information needed for these functions, and may use subprocessors or support outside your country. Their applicable data-processing terms describe transfer safeguards. Contact us for information relevant to your enquiry.
Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Send requests to hello@retink.ai.
You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority, including the Irish Data Protection Commission. This website does not use enquiry data to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Customer systems
This notice covers the public website. Customer deployments and product services have their own agreed contractual and data-processing terms.
